Tinega Studio Pro ("the app", "we") is a video editing and publishing studio operated by Tinega Studios. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Contact: patricetinega1@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

Account details: your name, email address and (if you sign up with email) a securely hashed password.
Google Sign-In: when you choose "Continue with Google" we receive only your email address, name and basic profile (profile picture), using the openid, email and profile scopes. We use these solely to create and sign in to your account.
YouTube (optional): if you choose to link a YouTube channel, we request permission to upload videos (youtube.upload) and read basic channel information such as channel name and ID (youtube.readonly).
Content you upload: footage, audio and project files you provide for editing.

2. How we use Google user data

Sign-in data (email, name, profile) is used only to identify you and secure your account.
YouTube access is used only to upload the videos you choose to publish, with the titles and settings you set, and to show which channel is linked. We never upload, edit or delete anything without your action.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our server and are never shown in the app or logs.
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising or to train AI/ML models.

Tinega Studio Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Storage and security

Data is stored on our own server. Secrets and tokens are encrypted at rest, connections use HTTPS, and access is limited to the account owner and the app administrator for support and security.

4. Sharing

We share data only as needed to provide the features you use (for example, sending a video you chose to publish to YouTube, or to our video hosting/CDN provider), or where required by law.

5. Retention, revocation and deletion

You can unlink YouTube in the app at any time, which deletes the stored tokens.
You can revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
To delete your account and associated data, email patricetinega1@gmail.com. We will complete deletion within 30 days.

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be shown in the app.
