These terms govern your use of Tinega Studio Pro, operated by Tinega Studios. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Contact: patricetinega1@gmail.com.

1. Your account

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content

• You keep full ownership of the footage, audio and videos you upload and create.
• You must own, or have all necessary rights and permissions for, any material you upload or publish, including footage, music and the likeness of people shown.
• You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and publish your content as you direct.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• upload or publish unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative or misleading content;
• violate the terms of YouTube or any other platform you publish to;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or other accounts.

4. Third-party services

Publishing to YouTube and other platforms is subject to those platforms' own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. No guarantees

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, views or reach, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of content — keep your own backups.

6. Termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time by emailing patricetinega1@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or misuse the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
